My brother and sister in law are having another baby and we recently had a gender reveal get together. This time around they also had no idea what the gender was and I swear before those balloons came out, you could cut the excitement and tension in the room with a knife! It was so exciting and fun watching Bryan and Victoria's reactions as they found out the gender along with all of us. It's these moments as a family that you cherish and remember. Can't wait to meet you baby G # 2 <3
October Pumpkin Picking trip
This past weekend we took a nice scenic drive up to Westchester for a tiny little pumpkin picking trip with my mom and step dad. Much like our last trip upstate, it was a lot of walking and picking heehee. We even found a little vineyard and a small christmas tree ... field? Did you know - Poison Ivy grows on christmas trees? I didn't ! thank goodness Greg was there to tell me not to touch! Here are a few of my favorite moments. hope you like them too =)

October Apple Picking with our Family
Every year the Gabriel Family hops in multiple cars and takes a scenic ride to upstate New York for our annual apple picking trip. We wake up early head to the same Diner for a hearty breakfast and head to the orchards to pick apples, get some yummy cinnamon sugar apple cider donuts and spend some good old quality time together. It's my favorite family event. Here are some of my favorite little moments of this year's trip.
Portland, ME
On the last weekend of September Greg and I took a drive up to Portland, Maine for the weekend to celebrate our 2 year anniversary. Our first order of business was, of course, finding Lobster rolls. If I had one goal for the weekend it was definitely to eat as much lobster as I could. Needles to say - I achieved that goal. Our first Lobster Roll of the trip to kick it all off was at Portland Lobster Company located in Old Port. Old Portland is honestly one of the cutest cities I have been to. It still has the cobble stone streets and architecture you can imagine has been there from the beginning. Walking around in the crisp New England air was so nice. The streets were not as crowded, the shops were small and quaint and there was coffee everywhere (yay!). It was the last week of September so there was a nice coolness to the air. We walked around and checked out Shipyard Brewery which was very cool and ended the night at a very yummy restaurant called Street & Co. The next day we woke up bright and early to get some breakfast at Becky's Diner and once our tummys were full we went to Cape Elizabeth and spent the day walking around the shore. Hiked a bit and went down to Rising Tide brewery where we played some corn hole and had great conversation with my cousin who came down from Bangor. We LOVED Portland. It was just our pace and so so pretty. We definitely can't wait to go back.

I Honestly think Portland was made for Greg. Not only is it such a foodie city - it has so many shops he loves. He was going nuts !
Noemi - Prospect Park
Let me start by telling you how much fun this shoot was! Noemi is one of the absolute sweetest people I have ever had the pleasure of shooting. Not to mention drop dead gorgeous! We pretty much walked almost all of Prospect Park which was funny because neither one of us live in Brooklyn nor were familiar with the park at all. But we were able to find some pretty sweet shooting spots and somehow found our way to an icy vendor. Noemi was nice enough to treat me to a cherry icy (my favorite =p ) The day was great. Noemi is also a photographer and it was very cool shooting someone who knows what is going through my head as well. Loved talking to someone who has similar interests and I can really relate to. Thank you Noemi for such a fun shoot!
